Make sure that "Show extracted files when complete" is checked. You will have to extract all the files for the application to run properly and click "Extract" for the next pop up. Open up "IBM_SPSS_STATISTICS_CLIENT" and there might be a pop up. After double-clicking the "SPSS_Windows.zip" file, the two files should appear as listed in the screenshot below. Launch the downloaded file "SPSS_Windows.zip" by double-clicking the file.
